OVERVIEW

The Massachusetts Aquaculture Association is a Trade Association formed in 1986 to promote the continued development of shellfish and fish farming, and to improve some of the conditions affecting aquaculture in Massachusetts today.

The Massachusetts Aquaculture Association's goals include:
Promotion of high quality aquaculture product.
A thriving aquaculture industry in the future.
An effective network between industry, government, and researchers to support aquaculture development and technology transfer.
